We need to make Congress pass a law that states that any law enforcement group or judicial system that does not follow the laws already on the books be held accountable for not doing so. In doing so the blame should fall on those that are in charge not those trained in-efficiently, unaware, or told to ignore such mandates because of monetary or any other reason. Following through with such a law would make sure that change is done in the areas that have been neglected or ignored for so long. Lastly holding the persons in charge responsible for not holding up the laws on the books will ensure a swifter turn around rate on corrupt or power hungry management of our country. Why should the people of our country pay taxes/salary to a government/leading body that does not enforce the laws meant to protect and make our lives better as we have allowed thus far?
